The people from Golden Road Brewery is helping build the bar, so about 75% of the beer lineup will consist of Golden Road beers.

Here is the schedule and some preview of what they will be serving:
October 7: Korean Taco (Korean shortrib / asian slaw / garlic red chili sause)
October 14: Mahi Mahi Ceviche Fresno pepper / cilantro / fresh lime / vegetable chips
October 21: Mediterranean Beef Skewers sumac aioli / couscous salad
October 28: Farmbread Grilled Cheese (gruyere / balsamic onion / roasted tomato)
Although it was more a roasted tomato sandwich with cheese rather than a "grilled cheese", this was one of my favorites from the ones I've tried.
November 11: BBQ Babyback Ribs chopped wedges salad/ kumquat
November 18: Salvadoran Pupusas (braised chicken, onion, avocado, spicy red salsa / crema)
November 25: Turkish Style Lamb Slider, tomato jam, tzatziki
December 2: Traditional Beef Slider lettuce / tomato / aged cheddar / onion marmalade
December 9: Cuban Sandwich (braised pork / ham / mustard / housemade pickle vegetable)
Along with the grilled cheese, this was my other favorite. A great Cubano with a nice crusty bread, flavorful pork and plenty of ham.
I like the twist here with the duck meat.
December 23: Cajun Shrimp Boil
