Among the $1 selections, the best choice is the Solomillo de cerdo (Seared Pork Tenderloin, Caramelized Onions, Mojo Picon)
This is a really tender pork tenderloin on toast, and the mojo picon sauce is quite flavorful as well. For $1? I'll have three.
There are also selections of $3 and $5 tapas. The $3 ones include two jamon croquettes or a bowl of Fried pork belly ($3)
On the $5 list are empanadas and Gambas al ajillo (Sauteed Garlic Shrimp)Both of these and the pork belly are great for sharing with a group. There's a beef tenderloin (on toast, just like the pork) but I found this $5 item less tender and not as worthwhile as the pork tenderloin.
I enjoy coming in for cocktails on Mondays when the bartender Sahil Mehta is behind the bar. Ask for something he's been working on, as he has a book of cocktail ideas that he carries around with him! For beer, they offer Estrella Damm on draft.
Of course, you can always order from the regular menu and try something like the Grilled Spanish Chorizo on Toast ($7) or a Paella.
