Tacolandia Returns on June 28!

A $25 all-you-can-eat taco festival curated by Street Gourmet LA? Yep, Tacolandia returns this summer on June 28. Tacolandia is probably the most affordable food festival out there, and the food is great!

Among the favorites last year making a return this year Mariscos Jalisco and their famed fried shrimp tacos

Chef Laurent Quenioux from Bistro LQ turns taco slinger for a day. Last year, he rotates what he was serving throughout the day, which included lobster, all manners of meat, and ... I'm not saying if this was foie gras ....

Not to miss this year include Carnitas El Momo and Coni Seafood. We shall see who else is coming but more than 40 vendors are promised.

Last year's favorites inlude Guerrilla Taco and their sweet potato taco, La Guerrerense from Ensenada, and many more.

Tijuana's Chef Javier Plascencia even brought over his spaghetti taco!

The event will take place on Saturday, June 28 from 3-7 p.m. at El Pueblo de Los Angeles in downtown (125 Paseo De La Plz, Los Angeles, CA 90012).

You can start buying tickets here. General admission is $25. Premium tickets ($45) gets you a VIP gift bag and 5 drink tickets. You can also buy a separate $20 tequila garden ticket, which gets you 10 1/2-oz. tequila shots.
